Friday, May 15, 12:17 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the 400 block of John Fitch Highway near Mill City Pub.

Friday, May 15, 1:44 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Mechanic and Miller Streets; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 12:24 a.m.Injured Animal: Police responded to an injured animal report at the 400 block of Water Street.

Friday, May 15, 7:41 a.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance at the 200 block of Summer Street.

Friday, May 15, 9:03 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at the 20 block of Daniels Heights; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 9:19 a.m.Traffic Stop/Incident: A traffic enforcement stop at the intersection of Main and Academy Streets resulted in an incident report.

Friday, May 15, 9:49 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 200 block of Lunenburg Street; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 9:51 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at the 200 block of Madison Street.

Friday, May 15, 10:32 a.m.Vagrancy: Police responded to a vagrancy complaint at the 40 block of Wanoosnoc Road.

Friday, May 15, 11:04 a.m.Lost Property: A lost property report was filed from the 9 block of Spring Street.

Friday, May 15, 11:10 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the 1000 block of Westminster Street.

Friday, May 15, 12:04 p.m.Arrest: During a traffic stop at the intersection of Rainville Avenue and Elizabeth Street, three people were taken into custody. Briana Patricia Cormier, 32, of Leominster, was charged with an in-town warrant. Edward H. Cochran, 35, of Fitchburg, was charged with an out-of-town warrant. Travis C. Greco, 31, of Clinton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (subsequent offense) and improper use of a mobile phone by an operator.

Friday, May 15, 1:13 p.m.Narcotics: Police responded to a narcotics complaint at the 100 block of Prichard Street.

Friday, May 15, 2:10 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the 500 block of John Fitch Highway near Walgreens.

Friday, May 15, 2:22 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on Prospect Street; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 2:31 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Bemis Road and Falulah Street.

Friday, May 15, 3:16 p.m.Vandalism: A malicious mischief/vandalism complaint was reported at the 15 block of East Street.

Friday, May 15, 3:35 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on Water Street near the Water Street Bridge.

Friday, May 15, 4:25 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Water Street and Bemis Road.

Friday, May 15, 4:56 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at the 50 block of Wallace Avenue.

Friday, May 15, 5:01 p.m.Arrest: An officer stopped a subject on a warrant at the intersection of Rollstone and Kimball Streets. Adam Brian Day, 44, of Orange, was charged with an in-town warrant.

Friday, May 15, 6:35 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at the 35 block of Walnut Street.

Friday, May 15, 7:57 p.m.Arrest: During a traffic stop at the intersection of Kimball and Laurel Streets, one person was taken into custody on four in-town warrants. Grechie Joan Maldonado, 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with four in-town warrants.

Friday, May 15, 8:59 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 100 block of Crestview Lane; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 11:52 p.m.Unwanted Guest: Police responded to an unwanted guest complaint at the 100 block of Lunenburg Street; an incident report was filed.

Friday, May 15, 11:53 p.m.Unwanted Guest: Police responded to an unwanted guest complaint at the 100 block of Whalon Street.
