Friday, June 12, 5:52 a.m. — Hang-Up 911 Call: A 911 hang-up call at the 26 block of Arlington Street generated a preliminary incident report.
Friday, June 12, 7:20 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 8 block of John Fitch Highway.
Friday, June 12, 8:19 a.m. — Hang-Up 911 Call: Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call at the 76 block of Summer Street.
Friday, June 12, 8:48 a.m. — Harassment: Officers responded to a harassment complaint at the 81 block of Bemis Road.
Friday, June 12, 9:47 a.m. — Departmental Services: Officers responded to a call at the 650 block of Water Street (Tent City); an incident report was filed.

Friday, June 12, 12:04 p.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at the 437 block of Main Street.
Friday, June 12, 12:16 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation on John Fitch Highway generated an incident report.
Friday, June 12, 1:32 p.m. — Warrant: Officers located a subject at the 53 block of Everett Street; a warrant was served.
Friday, June 12, 1:53 p.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at the 85 block of Westminster Street; an incident report was filed.
Friday, June 12, 2:05 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a larceny call at the 487 block of Princeton Road. Benjamin Scott Lukas, 36, of Fiskdale, was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, shoplifting by asportation, and three outstanding warrants out of town.
Friday, June 12, 2:31 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 96 block of Birch Street; an accident report was filed.
Friday, June 12, 2:31 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a call at the 100 block of John Fitch Highway. Nadine Carmel Partridge, 41, of Gardner, was charged with open and gross lewdness.
Friday, June 12, 3:29 p.m. — Trespassing: Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at the 550 block of Kimball Street.
Friday, June 12, 3:54 p.m. — Arrest: Officers located a subject during an area check at River Front Park on Boulder Drive. Kelsey Doris White, 34, homeless, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant.
Friday, June 12, 5:02 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 516 block of John Fitch Highway. Damon Thomas Wuth, 44, of Ashby, was charged with disorderly conduct (subsequent offense), c. 272 §53.
Friday, June 12, 5:14 p.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at the 275 block of Franklin Road.
Friday, June 12, 7:17 p.m. — Animal/Dog Bite: A dog bite was reported at the 25 block of Maryanna Drive; an incident report was filed.
Friday, June 12, 7:59 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 33 block of Carriage Way Drive; an accident report was filed.
Friday, June 12, 8:20 p.m. — Arrest: Officers located a subject at Green Street Park, 1 Green St. Antoinne M. York, 33, homeless, of Fitchburg, was charged with an out-of-town warrant.

Saturday, June 13, 7:43 a.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at the 180 block of Hollywood Street; an incident report was filed.
Saturday, June 13, 8:48 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an assault call at the 59 block of Melrose Street. Joseph Dennis Landry, 20, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery.

Saturday, June 13, 5:57 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an aggravated assault call at the 840 block of Westminster Hill Road. Ashley Marie StPierre, 38, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Saturday, June 13, 8:09 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation at the 15 block of Juniper Road generated an incident report.
Saturday, June 13, 9:46 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an assault call at the 4 block of Joslin Place. Daion Romeo, 30, of Worcester, was charged with an out-of-town warrant and assault and battery on a family/household member.
Saturday, June 13, 11:20 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at the 56 block of Meadowbrook Lane; an incident report was filed.
Sunday, June 14, 12:17 a.m. — Fireworks: Officers responded to a fireworks complaint at the 181 block of Marshall Street.

Sunday, June 14, 12:51 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an assault call at the 52 block of Norwood Street. Dawris Antonio Gomez-Terrero, 26, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.
Sunday, June 14, 5:23 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an assault call at the 45 block of Forest Street. Charina DeLosSantos-Lopez, 27, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.

Sunday, June 14, 8:44 a.m. — Arrest: Officers located a subject at Park Hill Park, 235 Pratt Road. Alejandra Colon, 36, of Fitchburg, was charged with an out-of-town warrant (Dkt. #2561CR000941).

Sunday, June 14, 1:24 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a weapons call at the 136 block of Upham Street. Joseph W. Herndon, 34, of Ashburnham, was charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, vandalism of property (c. 266 §126A), and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
