Thursday, July 2, 10:07 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 100 block of Prichard Street.
Thursday, July 2, 10:06 a.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation generating an incident report was recorded at the 400 block of Main Street.
Thursday, July 2, 11:00 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 1,400 block of Main Street near Debonis & Davin Florist on Main Street.
Thursday, July 2, 1:37 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing complaint generating an incident report was filed at the 90 block of Water Street.
Thursday, July 2, 2:03 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance generating an incident report was recorded at Gustave Johnson Swimming Pool on Wanoosnoc Road.
Thursday, July 2, 2:24 p.m. — Injured Animal: An injured animal report generating an incident record was filed near the 1,400 block of Main Street.
Thursday, July 2, 3:07 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was reported on the 100 block of Columbus Street.
Thursday, July 2, 5:17 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on the 29 block of Third Street. Iliana Davis, 18, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
Thursday, July 2, 6:32 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check generating an incident report was conducted near the 1,300 block of Rindge Road.
Thursday, July 2, 6:55 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was reported on the 100 block of Charlton Street.
Thursday, July 2, 7:37 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Pratt Road and Madison Street.
Thursday, July 2, 9:14 p.m. — Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed at the 35 block of Day Street.
Thursday, July 2, 9:19 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health call was reported near the 100 block of Bemis Road.
Thursday, July 2, 10:46 p.m. — Arrest: A traffic enforcement stop was conducted on Rollstone Street at the Rollstone Street Bridge. Franklin Manuel Fernandez, 69, of Fitchburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and operating a motor vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards.
Thursday, July 2, 10:46 p.m. — Fireworks: Fireworks activity was reported at the intersection of Fairmount Street and Columbus Street.
Thursday, July 2, 11:00 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health call generating an incident report was recorded on the 100 block of Beech Street.
Thursday, July 2, 11:22 p.m. — Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed on the 55 block of Cascade Street.
Thursday, July 2, 11:10 p.m. — Narcotics: A narcotics complaint was reported on the 4 block of Leighton Street.
Friday, July 3, 12:18 a.m. — Drunkenness: A drunkenness incident generating an incident report was recorded on the 100 block of Whalon Street.
Friday, July 3, 12:18 a.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed on the 100 block of Oak Hill Road.
Friday, July 3, 2:24 a.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health call generating an incident report was recorded on the 300 block of Lunenburg Street.
Friday, July 3, 2:48 a.m. — Assault: An assault complaint was reported on the 100 block of Highland Avenue.

Friday, July 3, 7:07 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on the 200 block of Franklin Road. Pedro J. Irizarry Santiago, 42, of Fitchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Friday, July 3, 9:17 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health call generating an incident report was recorded near the 700 block of Main Street.
Friday, July 3, 7:40 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance generating an incident report was recorded on the 200 block of Boulder Drive.
Friday, July 3, 9:43 p.m. — Traffic Enforcement: A traffic enforcement stop generating an incident report was recorded near the 500 block of Main Street.
Friday, July 3, 10:58 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on Rollstone Street at the Rollstone Street Bridge. Craig John Jatrinski, 54, of Fitchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery (two counts). Kelly Ann Belcher, 41, of Winchendon (no fixed address), was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (three counts).
Friday, July 3, 10:25 p.m. — Drunkenness / Arrest: A drunkenness complaint was reported on the 400 block of Main Street. Cody Mounsysavanh, 31, of Fitchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct and an open container violation.
Friday, July 3, 11:13 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Whalon Street and South Street.
Saturday, July 4, 5:42 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Elm Street and Merriam Parkway.
Saturday, July 4, 6:07 a.m. — Unattended Death: An unattended death generating an incident report was recorded on the 300 block of Oak Hill Road.
Saturday, July 4, 12:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near the 600 block of John Fitch Highway.
Saturday, July 4, 1:22 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation generating an incident report was recorded on the 100 block of Plymouth Street.
Saturday, July 4, 1:42 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported at the 300 block of Summer Street. Sylis McDaniel, 18, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.
Saturday, July 4, 1:49 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near Hobson Street.
Saturday, July 4, 2:37 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation generating an incident report was recorded on the 27 block of Thomas Street.
Saturday, July 4, 3:10 p.m. — Arrest: A restraining order violation was reported on the 43 block of Causeway Street. Robert Anthony Morales, 28, of Fitchburg, was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
Saturday, July 4, 3:20 p.m. — Welfare Check: A welfare check generating an incident report was conducted on the 400 block of Princeton Road.
Saturday, July 4, 3:49 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health call generating an incident report was recorded on the 59 block of Melrose Street.
Saturday, July 4, 5:34 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near the 100 block of Normandy Road.
Saturday, July 4, 5:32 p.m. — Breaking and Entering: A breaking and entering complaint was reported on the 200 block of Franklin Road.
Saturday, July 4, 5:32 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of High Street. Loida Marie Pena, 42, of Fitchburg, was charged with an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
Saturday, July 4, 10:26 p.m. — Building Fire: A building fire was reported on the 200 block of Mechanic Street.
Saturday, July 4, 7:37 p.m. – 11:51 p.m. — Fireworks: Multiple fireworks complaints were responded to citywide, including on Wildwood Drive, Depot Street, Goodrich Street, Kelley Avenue, Shea Street, Connors Street, Stickney Road, Bishop Road, Highland Avenue, Orchard Street, Atlantic Avenue, Salem Street, Gage Street, Cedar Street, Myrtle Avenue, and Daniels Street, among others, throughout the evening of July 4.
Sunday, July 5, 12:17 a.m. — Fireworks: Fireworks activity was reported on Laurel Street.
