Friday, March 27, 3:10 a.m. — Alarm: A false (billable) alarm was reported at Rocky's Ace Hardware Store on the 22 block of John Fitch Highway.
Friday, March 27, 8:06 a.m. — Arrest: A traffic enforcement stop near the 200 block of Bemis Road resulted in an arrest. John Paul McSherry, 63, of Leominster, was charged with an in-town warrant (Docket #2116CR001132), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, and failure to stop or yield.
Friday, March 27, 8:34 a.m. — Suspicious situation: A suspicious situation was reported near the 95 block of Old Deerfield Road.
Friday, March 27, 12:43 p.m. — Welfare check: A welfare check was conducted at the 6 block of Daniels Heights.
Friday, March 27, 1:10 p.m. — Missing person: A missing person report was filed from the 43 block of Highland Avenue.
Friday, March 27, 1:19 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near the 150 block of Benson Street.

Friday, March 27, 4:01 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to the 35 block of Holt Street on a follow-up investigation. Sergio E. Powell Jr., 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with violating a harassment prevention order.
Friday, March 27, 4:46 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud report was filed from the 12 block of Saari Parkway.
Friday, March 27, 4:55 p.m. — Vandalism: A malicious mischief/vandalism report was filed from the 79 block of Granite Street.

Friday, March 27, 7:55 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud report was filed from the 249 block of Kimball Street.

Friday, March 27, 9:12 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 259 block of Clarendon Street. Yvonee Y. Pedraza, 34, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.
Friday, March 27, 11:43 p.m. — Suicide threat/attempt: A suicide threat or attempt was reported at the 229 block of Mechanic Street.
Friday, March 27, 11:59 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 6 block of Johnson Street.
Saturday, March 28, 2:28 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 34 block of Garnet Street. Jelfy Polanco Sanchez, 38, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.
Saturday, March 28, 8:04 a.m. — Larceny/theft: A larceny report was filed from the 161 block of Main Street (CVS Pharmacy).
Saturday, March 28, 8:41 a.m. — Missing person: A missing person report was filed from the 48 block of St. Paul Street.

Saturday, March 28, 10:00 a.m. — Vandalism: A malicious mischief/vandalism report was made from the 569 block of Main Street (Christ Church).
Saturday, March 28, 10:31 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a trespassing call at the 128 block of Water Street (Topps Liquors). Christopher Morand, 38, of Fitchburg (no fixed address), was charged with trespass.
Saturday, March 28, 11:00 a.m. — Motor vehicle accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 582 block of Westminster Street.
Saturday, March 28, 12:48 p.m. — Harassment: A harassment incident was reported from the 490 block of Wanoosnoc Road.

Sunday, March 29, 4:58 p.m. — Arrest (multiple): Officers responded to a robbery at River Front Park on Boulder Drive. Julio A. Sanchez Jr., 36, of Fitchburg, was charged with receiving stolen property valued under $1,200. Dometric Ramos, 38, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and larceny under $1,200. Chris Poulos, 57, of Fitchburg (no fixed address), was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation, and impersonating a police officer.
