Friday, February 27, 12:09 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 63 block of Hazel Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 7:20 a.m. — Breaking and Entering: A breaking and entering was reported at the 35 block of Holt Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 8:03 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 151 Main Street.
Friday, February 27, 8:13 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint was filed by a walk-in at the 83 block of Lawton Avenue; a preliminary incident report was generated.
Friday, February 27, 9:20 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed by a walk-in at the 137 block of Clarendon Street; a preliminary incident report was generated.
Friday, February 27, 9:33 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Theft: A motor vehicle theft was reported at the 459 block of Princeton Road.
Friday, February 27, 9:43 a.m. — Found Property: Property was found near the intersection of Simonds Street and Mt. Vernon Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 11:10 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 596 block of Westminster Street. Oscar Adan-Lopez, 41, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a person aged 60 or older/disabled.
Friday, February 27, 12:10 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 186 block of Daniels Street. Ofelia Torres, 58, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery.
Friday, February 27, 12:07 p.m. — Suspicious Person: A suspicious person was reported at the 40 block of Walton Street; the person was gone on arrival and a preliminary incident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 12:42 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 350 John Fitch Highway; a preliminary incident and accident report were filed.
Friday, February 27, 12:47 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was filed by a walk-in at the 227 block of Hazel Street; a preliminary incident report was generated.
Friday, February 27, 12:54 p.m. — Lost Property: A lost property report was filed at the 35 block of Day Street.
Friday, February 27, 2:13 p.m. — Arrest: Officers served a warrant at the 18 block of Wachusett Street. Michael Joseph Cassano, 36, of Fitchburg, was charged with an out-of-town warrant (Docket No. 2663CR000208).
Friday, February 27, 4:17 p.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency was reported at the 25 block of Redman Place; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 4:24 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 691 River Street; a preliminary accident report was filed.
Friday, February 27, 4:47 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 439 John Fitch Highway; a preliminary accident report was filed.

Friday, February 27, 8:31 p.m. — Trespassing: A trespassing incident was reported at Market Basket on the 90 block of Water Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 2:20 a.m. — Arrest: Officers initiated a traffic stop at the 245 block of River Street. Nicole S. Gale, 43, of Leominster, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), wrong way operation, no inspection sticker, license not in possession, and open container violation.
Saturday, February 28, 7:43 a.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health emergency was reported at the 436 block of Franklin Road; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 8:54 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 183 block of Bemis Road; a preliminary accident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 9:23 a.m. — Larceny/Theft: A larceny was reported at the 115 block of Lunenburg Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 10:01 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Main Street and Summer Street; a preliminary accident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 12:02 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 39 block of Beacon Street; a preliminary accident report was filed.

Saturday, February 28, 1:04 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 125 block of Woodland Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 1:27 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a suspicious situation at the 141 block of Water Street. Jose A. Leiva, 52, of Fitchburg, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and open container violation.
Saturday, February 28, 1:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 35 block of Bemis Road; preliminary accident and incident reports were filed.
Saturday, February 28, 3:32 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was filed by a walk-in at the 126 block of Pleasant Street; a preliminary incident report was generated.
Saturday, February 28, 4:03 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 38 block of Cliff Street.
Saturday, February 28, 5:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 479 block of Electric Avenue; a preliminary accident report was filed.
Saturday, February 28, 7:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the 754 block of Water Street; preliminary accident and incident reports were filed.
Sunday, March 1, 2:28 a.m. — Traffic Incident: A traffic enforcement stop at the intersection of Pearl Street and Highland Avenue resulted in a preliminary incident report being filed.
Sunday, March 1, 10:14 a.m. — Larceny/Theft: A larceny was reported at the 1361 block of Rindge Road.
Sunday, March 1, 10:15 a.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health emergency was reported at the 59 block of Duck Mill Road; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Sunday, March 1, 10:22 a.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed at the 39 block of Dumais Street.
Sunday, March 1, 10:36 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 51 block of York Avenue; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Sunday, March 1, 11:33 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 220 block of Plymouth Street; a preliminary incident report was filed. Officers were called back to the same address multiple times throughout the afternoon and evening (1:09 p.m., 4:09 p.m. disturbance with report, 5:57 p.m., and 5:40 p.m. for a mental health call).
Sunday, March 1, 12:04 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Theft: A motor vehicle theft was reported at the 315 block of Charles Street.
Sunday, March 1, 2:33 p.m. — Mental Health Call: A mental health emergency was reported at the 82 block of Charles Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Sunday, March 1, 4:30 p.m. — Arrest: Officers conducted a warrant check at the intersection of Clinton Street and Green Street. Erin A. Erickson, 43, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant and an out-of-town warrant.
Sunday, March 1, 9:23 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near 325 John Fitch Highway.
Sunday, March 1, 9:23 p.m. — Arrest: Officers initiated a traffic stop at the 100 block of Main Street. Mely Marie Santana, 23, of Fitchburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license, no inspection sticker, failure to stop/yield, and failure to wear a seat belt.
Sunday, March 1, 11:18 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 6 block of Johnson Street; a preliminary incident report was filed.
Monday, March 2, 7:08 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of Clarendon Street and Pratt Road; a preliminary accident report was filed.
Monday, March 2, 8:06 a.m. — Lost Property: A lost property report was filed at the 35 block of Day Street.
