Friday, January 9, 10:37 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at Rollstone Road and Electric Avenue; a crash report was filed.
Friday, January 9, 10:44 a.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was reported at the 90 block of Water Street (Market Basket); an incident report was filed.
Friday, January 9, 11:26 a.m. — Missing Person: Officers responded to a missing person call at the 200 block of Water Street near St. Bernard's Church.
Friday, January 9, 11:44 a.m. — Restraining Order Service: Officers attempted to serve a restraining order at the 200 block of Marshall Street; service was not made.
Friday, January 9, 11:51 a.m. — Mental Health: A mental health call was reported at the 90 block of St. Joseph Avenue; an incident report was filed.
Friday, January 9, 1:47 p.m. — Restraining Order Service: Officers again attempted to serve a restraining order at the 200 block of Marshall Street; service was not made.

Saturday, January 10, 12:49 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at the 160 block of Myrtle Avenue. Luis Antonio Ortiz, 41, of Fitchburg, was charged with fugitive from justice on court warrant.
Saturday, January 10, 5:28 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at the 80 block of Princeton Road; a crash report was filed.
Saturday, January 10, 6:33 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported near BJ's Wholesale Club on Erdman Way; a crash report was filed.

Saturday, January 10, 6:25 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to an unwanted-guest call at the 400 block of John Fitch Highway (Harbor Freight). William Stanley Power, 44, of Fitchburg, was charged with warrant out of town.
Saturday, January 10, 8:18 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 300 block of John Fitch Highway (McDonald's area); an incident report was filed.
Saturday, January 10, 9:51 p.m. — Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed at the 200 block of Game On Way (Fitchburg Sports Center).
Sunday, January 11, 1:45 a.m. — Protective Custody: A person was taken into protective custody at the 100 block of Lunenburg Street. Kelly Anne Breault, 40, of Leominster, was held on a detox protective custody.
Sunday, January 11, 7:13 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at the 10 block of West Street; a crash report was filed.
Sunday, January 11, 7:30 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: A crash was reported at the 90 block of Water Street (Market Basket area); a crash report was filed.
Sunday, January 11, 8:26 a.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at the 400 block of Fairmount Street; an incident report was filed.
Sunday, January 11, 9:52 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a vandalism complaint at the 290 block of Boutelle Street. Victoria Cristina Mallada, 32, of Leominster, was charged with vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266, §126A).
Sunday, January 11, 9:08 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 290 block of Boutelle Street; an incident report was filed.
Sunday, January 11, 4:12 p.m. — Arrest: Officers serving a warrant located a subject at the 40 block of Oliver Street. Jordan T. Amaral, 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant and a warrant out of town.
Sunday, January 11, 4:40 p.m. — Threats: Officers responded to a threats call at the 20 block of Victor Street.
