Friday, April 3, 12:45 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a residence on the 100 block of High Street.

Friday, April 3, 9:04 a.m.Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle was reported at a sober living house on the 4 block of Leighton Street; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 9:10 a.m.Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was investigated at a residence on the 300 block of Wanoosnoc Road; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 9:14 a.m.Fraud: A fraud complaint was reported at a residence on the 40 block of Kinsman Road.

Friday, April 3, 9:59 a.m.Warrant — No Service: A warrant check at a residence on the 100 block of Marshall Street was unable to be served.

Friday, April 3, 10:02 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Elm Street and Hartwell Street.

Friday, April 3, 10:11 a.m.Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported at Market Basket, 90 Water St.; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 10:43 a.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at a residence on the 400 block of Rollstone Street.

Friday, April 3, 11:06 a.m.Traffic Stop — Report Filed: A traffic enforcement stop near the 400 block of Summer Street resulted in a report.

Friday, April 3, 12:28 p.m.Traffic Stop — Report Filed: A traffic enforcement stop at Harvard Street and Boylston Street resulted in a report.

Friday, April 3, 1:25 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Putnam Street Lanes, 14 Putnam St.; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 1:30 p.m.Illegal Dumping: An illegal dumping complaint was reported at the 8 block of Lunenburg Street; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 1:20 p.m.Warrant — Served: A warrant was executed at a residence on the 26 block of Hartford Street.

Friday, April 3, 1:23 p.m.Traffic Stop — Report Filed: A traffic enforcement stop near the 200 block of John Fitch Highway resulted in a report.

Friday, April 3, 1:20 p.m.Warrant — Served: Officers executed a warrant at a residence on the 20 block of Chester Street; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 1:39 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at Market Basket, 90 Water St.; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 1:21 p.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call was responded to at the 20 block of Forest Street.

Friday, April 3, 5:30 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near the 76 block of Franklin Road; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 5:45 p.m.Unattended Death: An unattended death was reported at a residence on the 7 block of Falulah Street; a report was filed.

Friday, April 3, 6:31 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at a residence on the 39 block of Cane Street.

Friday, April 3, 7:03 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a business on the 400 block of John Fitch Highway.

Friday, April 3, 7:53 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted at a residence on the 5 block of West Street.

Friday, April 3, 11:48 p.m.Arrest: Officers on patrol on the 6 block of Park Street executed a harassment order warrant. Isys Gonzalez Medina, 49, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant.

Saturday, April 4, 12:14 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 11 block of Leyte Road; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 12:16 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was responded to at the 49 block of Arlington Street.

Saturday, April 4, 1:28 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lunenburg Street and Congress Place. Antonio Tariq Ware, 27, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, and number plate violation to conceal identity.

Saturday, April 4, 6:57 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Rollstone Road and Bridle Cross Road, which resulted in a motor vehicle accident. Justo Luis Sanchez, 51, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08% and failure to drive within proper lanes.

Saturday, April 4, 8:20 a.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call was responded to on the 7 block of Forest Park; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 9:30 a.m.Suspicious Vehicle: A suspicious vehicle investigation was initiated at the 10 block of Portland Street; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 11:26 a.m.Missing Person: A missing person was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Green Street; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 12:26 p.m.Traffic Stop — Report Filed: A traffic enforcement stop near the 58 block of Laurel Street resulted in a report.

Saturday, April 4, 12:29 p.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a business on the 75 block of Main Street; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 8:32 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 700 block of Mt. Elam Road.

Saturday, April 4, 8:48 p.m.Arrest: Officers conducting traffic enforcement at Market Basket, 90 Water St., executed multiple warrants. Marlenys Ortiz, 38, of Fitchburg, was charged with three counts of out-of-town warrants.

Saturday, April 4, 9:07 p.m.Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported at a residence on the 200 block of Hazel Street.

Saturday, April 4, 9:08 p.m.Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported at a residence on the 32 block of Jane Avenue; a report was filed.

Saturday, April 4, 11:45 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at a residence on the 35 block of Holt Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 12:35 a.m.Runaway: A runaway was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Highland Avenue; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 1:13 a.m.Unwanted Guest: An unwanted guest complaint was reported at a business on the 100 block of Lunenburg Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 2:08 a.m.Arrest: A disturbance investigation at a business on the 300 block of Main Street resulted in two arrests. Karina M. Lopez-Ramos, 29, of Fitchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct. Kiara Michelle Feliciano, 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sunday, April 5, 10:19 a.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call was responded to at the 800 block of Main Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 10:27 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Dunkin' Donuts on the 500 block of Electric Avenue; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 1:23 p.m.Alarm: A burglar alarm was activated at a pharmacy on the 300 block of Lunenburg Street; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 2:16 p.m.Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported at a residence on the 32 block of Jane Avenue; a report was filed.

Sunday, April 5, 5:51 p.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call was responded to at a residence on the 18 block of Harvard Street.

Sunday, April 5, 6:29 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: Motor vehicle accidents were reported on the 80 block of South Street and at Westminster Street and Ashburnham Street; reports were filed.

Sunday, April 5, 6:51 p.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call — suicide threat/attempt — was responded to near Cetrino Memorial Drive; referred to another agency.

Sunday, April 5, 11:16 p.m.Building Fire: A building fire was reported at the 3 block of Avon Place.

Monday, April 6, 3:23 a.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call — suicide threat/attempt — was reported at a residence on the 100 block of Prichard Street; a report was filed.

Monday, April 6, 6:34 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at South Street and Electric Avenue.

Monday, April 6, 7:49 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a post office on the 800 block of Main Street.

Monday, April 6, 10:00 a.m.Mental Health Call: A mental health call — suicide threat/attempt — was responded to at a residence on the 1000 block of John Fitch Highway; a report was filed.

Monday, April 6, 10:04 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a suspicious person report at a credit union on the 300 block of Bemis Road and executed multiple warrants. Mark A. Pearl, 35, of Fitchburg, was charged with one in-town warrant and two out-of-town warrants.

Monday, April 6, 11:10 a.m.Stolen Property: Stolen property was reported at the 300 block of John Fitch Highway.

Monday, April 6, 11:14 a.m.Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at a business on the 200 block of Fisher Road; a report was filed.

Monday, April 6, 11:30 a.m.Fraud: A fraud complaint was reported at a residence on the 27 block of Myrtle Avenue; a report was filed.
