Friday, February 20, 5:11 p.m. — Arrest: During a follow-up investigation, a warrant was served. Elvis Santos-Cruz, 45, of Fitchburg, was charged with violation of a harassment prevention order.

Saturday, February 21, 4:26 a.m. — Arrest: An officer responded to a motor vehicle call at the 88 Pratt Street area. Angel Jose Maldonado, 23, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or .08%.

Saturday, February 21, 5:49 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the Fifth Mass Turnpike and Mt. Elam Road intersection.

Saturday, February 21, 11:08 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 94 Bishop Road area; an incident report was filed.
Sunday, February 22, 12:15 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near Oak Hill Country Club, Oak Hill Road.
Sunday, February 22, 12:23 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 374 Rollstone Street area.
Sunday, February 22, 2:14 a.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to a vandalism call at Victor's on Main, 423 Main Street. Jonathan Sanchez Garcia, 51, of Fitchburg, was charged with malicious destruction of property (G.L. c. 266, §126A).

Sunday, February 22, 2:41 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported at the 59 Upham Street area.

Sunday, February 22, 7:35 p.m. — Arrest: Officers conducted a welfare check at the 584 Main Street area. Michael C. Harju Jr., 41, of Fitchburg, was arrested on an in-town warrant.
