Friday, January 23, 3:58 a.m.Suicide Threat/Attempt: Police responded to a mental health emergency on the 40 block of Highland Avenue.

Friday, January 23, 7:09 a.m.Runaway: Police responded to a report of a runaway juvenile on the 200 block of Mt. Elam Road.

Friday, January 23, 7:50 a.m.Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at a residence on the 20 block of Essex Street.

Friday, January 23, 8:17 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Main Street and Sawyer Passway.

Friday, January 23, 8:51 a.m.Suspicious Situation: Police investigated a suspicious situation at Memorial Middle School, 600 block of Rollstone Street.

Friday, January 23, 9:53 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of South Street and George W. Stanton Highway.

Friday, January 23, 11:38 a.m.Mental Health Call: Police responded to a mental health call at a business on the 400 block of John Fitch Highway.

Friday, January 23, 5:51 p.m.Threats: Police responded to a threats complaint near the intersection of John Fitch Highway and Rindge Road.

Friday, January 23, 6:26 p.m.Vandalism: A vandalism complaint was reported at an apartment on the 10 block of Willow Street.

Friday, January 23, 6:55 p.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 150 block of Ashburnham Hill Road.

Friday, January 23, 9:56 p.m.Suspicious Vehicle: Police investigated a suspicious vehicle on the 50 block of Mt. Globe Street.

Friday, January 23, 10:15 p.m.Suspicious Vehicle: Police investigated a suspicious vehicle near the intersection of Congress Place and Congress Street.

Friday, January 23, 10:20 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on the 300 block of Elm Street.


Saturday, January 24, 12:55 a.m.Threats: Police responded to a threats complaint at an apartment on the 10 block of Willow Street.

Saturday, January 24, 1:43 a.m.Motor Vehicle Accident/Arrest: A motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Payson Street and South Street resulted in an arrest. (See arrest log — full arrest record not included in provided log text; logged as ARRESTED/ADULT with accident reference only.)

Saturday, January 24, 12:55 a.m.Arrest: Police stopped a vehicle near the 400 block of Oak Hill Road for a narcotics offense. Kaylah StCyr, 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, January 24, 2:52 a.m.Arrest: Officers conducting traffic enforcement stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Elm Street and Fox Street. Solomon Samson Bobb, 23, of Fitchburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, a motor vehicle lights violation, and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, January 24, 3:36 a.m.Arrest: Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle on the 90 block of Summer Street. Joseph Paul Melvin, 35, of Leominster, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) — liquor or .08%.

Saturday, January 24, 4:51 a.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 60 block of Carriage Way Drive.

Saturday, January 24, 5:52 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance on the 20 block of Winthrop Street. Krystal Marie Brand, 34, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled. Osvaldo Davila Jr., 32, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant.

Saturday, January 24, 8:46 a.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted on the 100 block of Parker Street.

Saturday, January 24, 10:44 a.m.Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported at a residence on the 160 block of Pratt Street.

Saturday, January 24, 11:37 a.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported at Market Basket, 90 block of Water Street.

Saturday, January 24, 12:21 p.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 30 block of Ashburnham Hill Road.

Sunday, January 25, 12:46 a.m.Arrest: Officers conducting traffic enforcement stopped a vehicle on the 0 block of Jackson Avenue. Anam Chaudhary, 35, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) — liquor or .08%, improper use of a mobile phone while operating, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding in excess of the posted limit, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sunday, January 25, 12:55 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a breaking and entering call on the 40 block of Ray Avenue. William J. Everson, 23, of Worcester, was charged with breaking and entering a building at nighttime for a felony and an out-of-town warrant.

Sunday, January 25, 7:22 a.m.Mental Health Call: Police responded to a mental health call at a location on the 400 block of Main Street.

Sunday, January 25, 8:29 a.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 30 block of Holt Street.

Sunday, January 25, 10:29 a.m.Motor Vehicle Fire: Police and fire responded to a motor vehicle fire on the 200 block of Williams Road.

Sunday, January 25, 11:43 a.m.Suicide Threat/Attempt: Police responded to a report of a suicide threat or attempt near the 491 block of Fifth Mass Turnpike.

Sunday, January 25, 11:45 a.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a suspicious person call on the 600 block of John Fitch Highway. Justin Poor, 41, of Fitchburg, was charged with two out-of-town warrants (docket nos. 2339CR000022 and 2548CR000880).

Sunday, January 25, 2:26 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance on the 50 block of Fox Street. Angel Rodolfo Reyes Rivera, 24, of Leominster, was charged with two out-of-town warrants.

Sunday, January 25, 3:59 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Allston Place and South Street.

Monday, January 26, 3:09 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance call on the 100 block of Walton Street. Denzel Gonzalez, 23, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and assault with a dangerous weapon.

Monday, January 26, 4:02 p.m.Stolen Property: A stolen property complaint was reported at a business on the 300 block of River Street.

Monday, January 26, 5:59 p.m.Arrest: Officers responded to a disturbance at a residential building on the 270 block of Daniels Street. Kris Santerre, 47, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60, and two counts of vandalism.

Monday, January 26, 6:29 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Pratt Road and Shea Street.

Monday, January 26, 6:31 p.m.Police Vehicle Damage: A police vehicle was damaged on the 100 block of Prichard Street.

Monday, January 26, 7:37 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at the intersection of Simonds Street and High Street.

Monday, January 26, 9:17 p.m.Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported on the 780 block of Mt. Elam Road.

Monday, January 26, 10:43 p.m.Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 400 block of Water Street.
