Committee approves conservation restriction on Bennett Road parcel
The City Property Committee voted unanimously to recommend approval of a conservation restriction protecting 140 acres at 71 Bennett Road. The measure preserves the parcel as part of a Forest Legacy Plan and bird habitat, according to Conservation Commission Chair Joyce Jacobson.
