FITCHBURG — License Commission rolls back Mill City Pub closing hours to midnight after assault hearing. Chair Daniel Sarefield and Commissioners Richard Boscardin and Glenn Fossa unanimously voted to reduce the establishment's late-night closing time from 2:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. following a fight in which a patron's jaw was fractured on April 11, 2026. The commission found the venue failed to report the incident to police.
Mill City Pub & Pizza LLC must also serve two days held in abeyance on April 27 and May 4, 2026, stemming from a prior violation decision.
