License Commission · Meeting of June 1, 2026

FITCHBURG — The License Commission approved three license applications and scheduled a public hearing on a new restaurant alcohol license. Michael Keane received approval for a taxi driver license with City Cab of Fitchburg LLC by a 2-0 vote, while five Power Home Remodeling applicants—Daniel Belmont, Domenic Cuputi, Alexander Marshall, Jacob Monfalcone, and Pablo Rodriguez—won unanimous approval for solicitor permits. Aimee Cotnoir's Special One Day Wine and Malt Beverages license for the Fitchburg Art Museum's Summer Party Exhibition Opening on June 26, 2026, passed unanimously.

The Commission voted unanimously to summons Power Surge following a Police Department report of potential overservice and an employee allegedly consuming alcohol while on duty, with no police notification of the May 23 incident.
