FITCHBURG — License Commission approves one-day wine permit for April 2 event. Chair Daniel Sarefield and Commissioner Richard Boscardin unanimously approved a special one-day wine and malt beverages license for Jeff McVoy's Board of Trustees reception at the Iver Johnson House on April 2, 2026, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM for approximately 40 people. Sarefield disclosed that while employed at Fitchburg State University, he has no financial interest in the event.
Sarefield verified the presence of a TIPS certified employee to work the reception.
