FITCHBURG — License Commission approves four new permits and disciplinary action against Mill City Pub & Pizza LLC. Chair Daniel Sarefield, Member Richard Boscardin, and Member Glenn Fossa voted unanimously to grant a taxi driver license to Jaileigh Chumack of City Cab of Fitchburg LLC; a solicitor license to four representatives of Old Growth Cooperative with restrictions on hours (Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) and daily police notification; and a special one-day wine and malt beverage license for a May 30 Senior Center event with 200 expected attendees and TIPS-certified staff required. In a continued disciplinary hearing, the commission unanimously found that Mill City Pub & Pizza LLC violated regulations by not contacting police and voted 3-0 to reduce the establishment's closing time to 11:00 PM.
