FITCHBURG — License Commission approves three taxi drivers, one home-energy solicitor, and a manager change. Chair Daniel Sarefield, Members Richard Boscardin and Glenn Fossa voted unanimously to grant taxi driver licenses to Raymond Bedell, Artem Gelumbiyevski, and Robert Graybill, all affiliated with City Cab of Fitchburg LLC, and to approve Hayden Melino's solicitation license for Home Energy Assessment. Acaysia Rose was approved as change of manager for Buffalo Wild Wings; a solicitor application from Jaeda Stewart of Weathervane Insulation was rejected unanimously.

In a continuation of a December summons hearing, the commission reviewed video and 911 recordings from a October 26 incident at Mill City Pub & Pizza and voted unanimously to take no action, noting the establishment's cooperation with police.
