Fitchburg Legislative Affairs Committee approves ordinance revising temporary appointments code. Chair Beth Walsh, Vice President Cruz, Councilor Starr, Councilor Van Hazinga, and Council President Zarrella voted 5-0 to adopt amendments to Chapter 3, Article I Section 3-5 of the City Code. The committee selected Council President Zarrella's version of the amended language over a City Solicitor draft, finding it more complete and detailed.
