Fitchburg Housing Authority unanimously approved $108,910.75 in construction change orders and authorized a 097200 construction contract pending state approval. Chair Adam Goodwin, Treasurer David Basilio, Tenant Representative Janice M. Spellane, and Member Heidi Bogner acted on four separate change orders including a $51,607.95 increase for Day Street roof work and approved expungement of $53,667.41 in overdue rent from former state housing tenants.
A motion to implement revised maintenance tenant fees for lockouts and tenant-caused repairs was tabled pending Policy Committee review after resident concerns regarding advance notice and impact on low-income households.
