Fitchburg Board of Health tables septic-system variances pending well relocation and notification. The board conditionally backed an innovative Advantex septic system for a High Rock Road property but required the applicant to relocate a proposed well, arrange annual water testing, and notify abutting property owners before resubmission. The constrained lot lacks municipal sewer access.
Director Stephen Curry reported the property had been in tax title and demolished. The board also unanimously backed public notice of proposed body works regulations.
